Social Security Disability

If you have applied for Social Security disability because you cannot work due to an illness, injury, or both, and you've received your denial notice, please call us. You generally only have 60 days to appeal a denial and we can do this for you.

If you haven't yet applied, but you've stopped working and think you will be unable to work for at least one year you can put in your initial application by calling the Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213 or going to their website, www.socialsecurity.gov or by visiting your local office. Some local Georgia offices are listed below.

Also, if you've already been denied and you've filed your own Request for Reconsideration and or Hearing Request, we can step in and help you navigate the Social Security maze. We handle claims at all appeal levels.

Please don't give up just because you've received a denial. Call us to talk about your circumstances. Social Security is seriously backlogged and the process can take well over a year or even longer. Don't waste valuable time by failing to promptly file an appeal. Contact us!
